PERTH CHESS WARRIOR – CHECKMATE
Apologies, I meant to post this when I found out late. It`s personally sad to hear that Ronnie Cutting (Perth Chess Club) had died a few weeks back (I did not know at the time). He was a long-time member of Perth Chess Club and a TAFCA stalwart, and for a number of years, was on the chess weekend circuit. He loved playing chess and meeting people, and when I found out, it came as a bit of a shock. Ronnie liked playing at the Oban Chess congress and the quiz night there. He will be sadly missed and our belated condolences to his family and Perth Chess Club.
