Summer break Mark II

I recently announced a temporary closure of the Chaplaincy. Plans have been brought forward a week so there will now be no chess club on 2nd or 9th June but will recommence on 16th June.

Summer break

Although we would normally meet right through the summer we have been advised that the Chaplaincy will close briefly for refurbishments. This will take place in June and the chess club will not meet on 9th or 16th June.
A reminder will be posted nearer the time.

Results from last Thursday’s games: Junior 4NCL, Division 2 KJCA Young Kestrels 4 (av grade 1228) 4 – 4 Dundee City (Av grade 676). Castlehill returns

Castlehill returns to otb tonight. The Chaplaincy will be open from 7.30 pm. Covid restrictions were eased recently so no distancing is required. Masks are still mandatory (unless exempt) but not if you are eating or drinking so just bring a bottle or can to comply. Members still uncomfortable with these arrangements might be best to stay…

Club nights cancelled

The Chaplaincy has cancelled all room bookings immediately and for the foreseeable future. There will be no club nights until the coronavirus issue declines and the Chaplaincy is ready to re-open. Our members will be updated whenever there is relevant news.
